Shipping Policy
SHIPPING RATES (within Canada only)
Product total of $0 - $249 - flat rate of $25
Product total of $250 - $499 - flat rate of $45
Product total over $500 - free shipping
Sales Tax is added when applicable
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage is visable and has occurred, please take pictures for documentation and contact us immediately.
Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days, excluding Holidays. Delivery time with Ground Shipping generally takes 5-7 business days.
Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with the products you have ordered and the service you have received. Please contact us via email klh65@outlook.com or telephone 647-963-4118 for any issues regarding damage or return instructions.
We are happy to accept the return of any new and unused products as long as we are notified within 7 days of the receipt of shipment. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. All original packaging must be returned in "as new" condition. Upon receipt of your return we can either offer you a store credit or a refund of your original purchase less return shipping costs.
DAMAGE, BREAKAGE OR MISSING ITEMS
In the rare event of a problem with your order, any damage to the shipment, breakage or short shipped items must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. Please remember that due to their handmade nature, slight imperfections may appear as part of the character of our products. All original packaging must be returned with the product to us. In addition, prepaid shipping will be available for defective products.
